Nexus is our collaboration platform, featuring a virtual gathering and online learning center. It is useful for a variety of streaming collaboration needs from low-key team video chats to formal online learning. Every Nexus user is equipped with full-featured web conference services including video chat, slide presentation, whiteboard, desktop sharing, session recording, breakout rooms, polling, and VOIP audio.

In Summer of 2021, Nexus will expand to incorporate additional social media-style tools, such as conversation threads, file storage and real-time chat.

Nexus is backed by the acclaimed BigBlueButton open source online learning platform, which is also used by leading community learning platforms such as Moodle and Canvas.

As a member of our co-op, YOU are in charge of your data. As a nonprofit cooperative, we have no incentive to sell our members’ data, or mine it, or use it to target intrusive advertising.

Training and Adoption

As great as our software is, our training webinars are where the real Northbridge magic happens! Northbridge conducts regular training sessions designed to help our community adopt virtual gathering and learning practices into their collaboration and outreach practices.
